Lara Thorogood remedial and sports massage

This is a full consultation and will include me taking a thorough medical history and talking through what you need. I'll look at your posture and alignment, as well as assessing joint movement and doing any relevant tests. Once we've agreed a plan there's still plenty of time for massage.

1hr 15min (75 min) initial appointment

If you have multiple issues affecting different areas of the body then you'll definitely benefit from a longer treatment. Get in touch if you feel unsure how long to book and I can help guide you.

1hr 15min (75 min) min follow up

This is a full consultation and will include me taking a thorough medical history and talking through what you need. I'll look at your posture and alignment including any relevant tests. We'll get started on soft-tissue treatment.

1hr (60min) initial consultation

This is a good option if you are dealing with a fairly straightforward issue or injury. As always there will be a quick check in before we get started on massage treatment.

45min follow up

I'll always take a moment to check in and assess where you've got to and how you felt after the last treatment. This sometimes includes re-checking movement. There's a good amount of time for soft-tissue work. I try to send you away with some simple exercises or things you can do to follow up at home.

1hr (60min) follow up

A longer treatment is excellent where there's more complex issues to address. Feel free to get in touch if you need guidance over how long to book.
