Another beneficial appointment with Zara who is sensitively easing my muscular tension and discomfort. Zara is also helping improve my mobility. I succeeded in walking home in 45 minutes yesterday. This was one of the longest walks attempted this year. Thank you Zara.

A second, really helpful consultation.

I had my first consultation with Lara today a month a fairly serious fall which saw me hospitalised briefly. Lara’s enquiry of my overall health and situation were both thorough and sensitive as was the first treatment that followed. Lara is obviously extremely skilled and empathetic. I left feeling confident that she will not only elieviate my current problems but give me greater flexibility and confidence in the future.
